"Me and You and everyone we know" é um filme lindÃssimo sobre pessoas. Foca-se em pequenos detalhes das vidas de várias personagens, retratando temas controversos (como pedófilia, sexo virtual, fetichismo) de uma forma inocente e quase surreal. O filme foi escrito e dirigido pela Miranda July, que também entra no filme como uma das personagens principais.
"Swim little fish swim", foi um dos filmes que tive oportunidade de ver no festival de cinema "Indie Lisboa". É um filme sobre sonhos. Qual será a altura em que devemos desistir dos nossos sonhos e tornarmo-nos adultos responsáveis? O filme conta uma história muito simples, com personagens pouco desenvolvidas, mas de uma forma doce e tocante. Já Para não falar da magnifica banda sonora... Fui ver este filme um pouco por acaso e gostei bastante!
"Heartbeats" (ou Les amours imaginaires). Já andava há imenso tempo a querer ver este filme, sendo que já conhecia a versão Francesa "The Dreamers" penso que este não acrescentou muito de novo à versão anterior. No entanto visualmente (apenas) prefiro esta versão.
"Me and You and everyone we know" is a beautiful film about people. It focuses on small details of the lifes of several characters, portraying some controversial topics (such as pedophilia, virtual sex, fetishism) in an innocent and almost surreal way. The film was written and directed by Miranda July, who also enters in the film as one of the main characters.
"Swim little fish swim" was one of the films that I had the opportunity to watch in a Portuguese film festival "Indie Lisboa". It's a movie about dreams. The film tells a simple story, with underdeveloped characters, but in a very sweet and touching way. Not to mention the magnificent soundtrack... I went to see this film somewhat by chance and I really liked it!
"Heartbeats" (or Les amours imaginaires) I wanted to watch this film for a long time, I watched the French version ("The Dreamers") before and I think this movie doesn't add nothing new. However visually (only) I prefer this version.
"Blackbird" é muito mais do que um filme sobre bullying. Conta a história de um rapaz que se veste de forma diferente numa pequena cidade e por causa das suas diferenças é vÃtima de uma injustiça que lhe irá trazer muitas consequências. Um filme que me surpreendeu bastante do inÃcio ao fim.
"Enemy" É mais um filme Canadiano (os dois anteriores também o são, parece que tenho visto muito cinema Canadiano ultimamente). Baseado no livro "O Homem Duplicado" de José Saramago. Todo o filme é um puzzle, que só conseguimos perceber tudo no fim. Uma história simples contada de um forma complexa e cheia de analogias interessantes. O próximo passo será ler o livro de Saramago, pois fiquei super curiosa!
"Breakfast on Pluto" é um filme Irlandês. Uma comédia dramática sobre um travesti que vive desenquadrado do mundo que o rodeia e decide fazer uma viagem à procura da sua mãe biologica que o abandonou quando era bébé. Nesta viagem "Kitten" vive imensas aventuras. A personagem principal é interpretada por Cillian Murphy que faz um papelão neste filme !

"Enemy" is another Canadian film (the previous two are Canadian as well). Based on the book "The Double" by José Saramago. The entire film is a puzzle, and we have to wait till the end to understand everything. A simple story but with a complex narrative and full of interesting analogies.
